Thanks to our colleagues at Eurachem-CZ, the Eurachem PT Working Group has published Czech translations of our Information leaflet on investigating poor results in PT and our leaflet on use of surplus PT materials. Both leaflets give short advice to help laboratories get the best from PT.
Owing to restrictions on travel and other measures in place to reduce the spread of Covid-19, Eurachem regret to announce that it will not be possible to hold either the Eurachem General Assembly or the workshop "Quality assurance for analytical laboratories in the university curriculum" on the planned dates of 25-29 May 2020. These dates have therefore been cancelled.
Eurachem will be considering alternative arrangements, including later dates, for the GA and the Workshop and will update members as and when further information becomes available.
The Eurachem PT working group has released a new, Hungarian, translation of the information leaflet "Pre- and Post-analytical PT", bringing the number of language versions of this leaflet to sixteen. The translations can be downloaded here.

The Eurachem Education and training Working Group is pleased to announce that our information leaflet giving an overview of the main changes in the 2017 version of ISO/IEC 17025 is now additionally available in Estonian.

Eurachem-CZ has released a Czech translation of the 2nd edition of the Eurachem guide "Metrological Traceability in Chemical Measurement" (available in English here). The Czech translation forms part part of the Eurachem.CZ guide "KVALIMETRIE 24", available at http://www.eurachem.cz.

Proper investigation of poor PT results leads to improvements in laboratory performance. The Eurachem PT Working Group has published a new Information Leaflet to advise laboratories on investigation and root cause analysis of poor PT results.
The new leaflet is currently available in English, with other translations planned.
