lsimg200This workshop, at BAM in Berlin, focused on the relationship between method validation, traceability and measurement uncertainty in various fields of quantitative analytical measurements. Over 50 speakers and participants gathered at BAM in Berlin to

  • Review the development in these three areas
  • Share ideas on the needs for guidance on method validation with focus on the link betweeen the three elements
  • Discuss the criteria for methods – and the results they produce – being fit for purpose
